My family and I rented a property from Floyd Management for almost 2 years. We unfortunity had to make a move to Texas due to illness within my wifes family. It was a very rushed move. I had already turned in my 30 day notice of intent to vacate and everything went on. 20 days later, we moved. Please be very careful when you give any money to Floyd Realty. I gave Cynthia $600 for a deposit and 4 days later I had a change of plans. I simply asked Cynthia the president of Floyd Realty to refund $300 of my deposit. She steadfastly said no and reminded me that I signed away that deposit based on her contract. I call this a thief and someone who values money over anything else!
