I rented a property from Floyd in April of 2012 thru March 2013. Cynthia seemed very pleasant and professional. I soon learned that her intent was more about the money than my satisfaction. When I moved in the kitchen was very dirty, especially the refrigerator. I cleaned it throughly. Mrs Cynthia a great communicator quick to respond to issues... We lived through a house fire which forced us out of our home so we leased from Floyd management..and truly I must say the staff was very kind and understanding.. our experience was very positive and friendly! We have now returned to our home .. but really felt that Floyd management deserves a 5star review ... And yes we did have our deposit returned in full.. Because all of our obligations to the rental home were done ...
I previously rented from Floyd and the President seemed like a very nice person who genuinely cared but in reality she did not care at all and just is about money. If you are African-American and you rent from this company they will not want to move you to a nice house in a nice neighborhood. They are very unprofessional and rude. I would never rent from this company again and I advise anybody thinking about renting from them to think again.
DO NOT RENT!!!! or give your rental home to Floyd management the worst/ horrible experience. The worst run business!! Do not do business with them ever !!!

I have to say that I rent from Floyd management also for a couple year ago. And I said that I will never rent from them again. The house that I rent from them wasn't a nice house, before I move in I told Ms Currin about the floors in the house, that the floors were coming up from the wall. I have to say that when I decided to rent from Floyd Management I had high hopes that it would be a positive experience. Unfortunately that has not been the case. I was told that the "cleaning lady" had cleaned my home before I moved in yet I still moved in to a disgusting house and had to deep clean everything. My ceiling collapsed after a couple of months of me moving there and when the "maintenance crew" "fixed it" they took all of my wet towels, my shower curtain, and soggy bath mat and dumped them right on to my carpet!... read more
They treat people terrible and takes their security deposits! Run!
Me and my sister both rent for Floyd Management and at 1st she acts like she is a carring person from Oxford and the she cares about the people that rent from her!!! LIE LIE LIE, she is very cold to you once you rent from her she does not care about anything but MONEY!!! if you get in hard times she is very hateful! and will take you to court even if you are only 11 days behind!!!!!
