I used them for repair and the manager I worked with was rude and condescending. The car broke down when I was halfway home. He called me from the shop to tell me the car was running fine. He called that a courtesy call...I call that doing his jobs. Never called me back again.
Just in for routine oil change on a vehicle purchased elsewhere. As normal, service was excellent, the staff friendly and helpful and charges extremely reasonable. Retired here in Delaware after living many years in the Baltimore/DC area and still getting use to the much lower cost of living in beautiful Lower Slower Delaware �
I had been looking for a Used Jeep Unlimited for months. I found one on their website and made appt. to go see it.. The salesperson went over all the features with me, and I decided to buy it. The sale went very smoothly. The finance officer, Renee was very friendly and easy to deal with, I loved her! I also bought the extra warranty because of the mileage on the vehicle. My car was totaled by a drunk driver and I spent my days off looking at cars. I went to their lot and looked at several cars, even found one or two I may have been interested in, but not one person came out to help me, there were several people standing by the building and no one asked if they could help me. I went to a competitor and a salesman was there before I got out of the car, and drove me around in a golf cart showing me cars all over the lot, even going inside several times to his computer. Guess who got the sale!
The entire staff from the Sales,Finance and the Service Department has been very pleasent and professional from my car buying experience and service on my 2017 Dodge Charger.
