Professionalism in the workplace has declined. Customer Service skills are HORRIBLE!!! Very unprofessional Finance Department. Was rudely informed that there was an issue with daughters financing instead of being pulled to the side to discuss the issue in private it was broadcasted openly in front of other office staff . The Salesperson was very professional and understanding unfortunately a recommendation will not be made.
this was sent to client in August and no response. Hi Katie, We bought a 2009 Jeep for our daughter earlier this year. I realize that it was marked “As Is”. We are kicking ourselves for not pushing the envelope and having our mechanic look at it. When we suggested it on that Saturday it wasn’t an optimal idea for you all and we caved. RecommendedI have bought several Jeeps from Megee over the years and have continued to take them there for servicing. Recently, I had a frustrating sensor issue, which continually failed to “throw a code.” Tom and Mark were super helpful and suggested different ways to get the problem diagnosed accurately. When the problem happened again this morning, I drove it straight there and Aaron was able to get it diagnosed and fixed quickly. I used the Mopar Express Oil Change service today, and I was impressed with the great service. I work 55 + hours a week, and the dealership I made the purchase from, never has appointments that work for me It was quick, and the people were friendly. I will definitely be using their services in the future.
The first time I've bought a car from Megee Motor Company.... Everybody was friendly and great. I didnt feel pressured or like I was being hoodwinked. They gave me the highest price on my trade and they had the best price on the new car i bought. They stayed 2 hours past closing and still took the time to make sure i knew how to use all the buttons and gadgets on the car before i left... definitely not the same quality service of the Salisbury Chrysler dealer..
First new car me and my wife have bought. They made the process easy and they were able to get us a lower interest rate then USAA. Mr. Thompson was not pushy and made us feel comfortable throughout the process. A few days after we had the car we noticed and issue with the paint on the hood, we took it to the dealership for them to look at. I was expecting resistance in getting it fix but that was not the case at all. They called me back later that day with a scheduled appointment to correct the paint on the hood. By not wiggling out of a problem with a Used Vehicle that they sold that did not have the wheel lock key. There quote excuse was that we have not seen that vehicle since you purchased it and that you have lost the key, it was there when we sold it to you.
Terrible sales and service. Very disappointed with entire experience at Megee Motors !
