RecommendedI have bought several Jeeps from Megee over the years and have continued to take them there for servicing. Recently, I had a frustrating sensor issue, which continually failed to “throw a code.” Tom and Mark were super helpful and suggested different ways to get the problem diagnosed accurately. I used the Mopar Express Oil Change service today, and I was impressed with the great service. I work 55 + hours a week, and the dealership I made the purchase from, never has appointments that work for me It was quick, and the people were friendly. I will definitely be using their services in the future.
The first time I've bought a car from Megee Motor Company.... Everybody was friendly and great. I didnt feel pressured or like I was being hoodwinked. They gave me the highest price on my trade and they had the best price on the new car i bought. They stayed 2 hours past closing and still took the time to make sure i knew how to use all the buttons and gadgets on the car before i left... definitely not the same quality service of the Salisbury Chrysler dealer..
First new car me and my wife have bought. They made the process easy and they were able to get us a lower interest rate then USAA. Mr. Thompson was not pushy and made us feel comfortable throughout the process. A few days after we had the car we noticed and issue with the paint on the hood, we took it to the dealership for them to look at. I was expecting resistance in getting it fix but that was not the case at all. They called me back later that day with a scheduled appointment to correct the paint on the hood. By not wiggling out of a problem with a Used Vehicle that they sold that did not have the wheel lock key. There quote excuse was that we have not seen that vehicle since you purchased it and that you have lost the key, it was there when we sold it to you.
Terrible sales and service. Very disappointed with entire experience at Megee Motors !

Cheryl helped me with the the purchase of my 2014 dart. Very kind and awesome person. Even sent me a birthday card. Lol Thank you! Took the car back to get my strut replaced and had no issues. So far the staff I have dealt with have been very nice and down to earth people.
