After spending so much money ordering twelve different wreaths, sprays, church bows, and letters for my dad’s funeral, we were extremely disappointed with the service we received. Only one inexperienced staff member was sent to deliver everything, leaving us to carry the flowers and arrange them ourselves in a rush just before the ceremony.
