I really don't know where to start here...over the years my family and I have used Flowers by Barbara for funeral arrangements, valentines day flowers, corsages, boutonnieres, special occasions, and most importantly my wedding. Terrible service...stay away Beyond horrible. I am just sorry that I have to give this place one star, but my review won't publish otherwise. I ordered an arrangement which supposedly included free delivery. The night before the delivery, I received an e-mail that my order had been cancelled. When I called to find out why, they told me that the price on the website wasn't really right (this is my problem, why???) and there was a five dollar delivery charge. The customer service person seemed as confused as I was and couldn't... read more
Gorgeous flowers! They did the flowers for my wedding in 2004 and I was very impressed with both the quality of their work and the prices on their arrangements. Now whenever I need to send someone flowers I know exactly where to go. The flowers are always very fresh and beautifully arranged.
