Buying flowers should be a happy or on the least a pleasant experience and that’s the whole point of it. It’s a prelude to an event. My experience here turned out to be the event itself. A very unpleasant experience which turned into a blame game with the older lady finger pointing blame at a 16 year old. You may get nice flowers here but perhaps not the pleasant memories. Flower power at glenhaven came to our rescue and they were a wonderful bunch of people unlike this place.
Melissa was lovely help for me when I was having a few complication with my order. She easily communicated the process to ensure there was a smooth delivery for my person. She was lovely, very patient and polite. Really good service over the phone thanks guys keep it up!!
All I wanted was a simple arrangement of preserved flowers for my aunt’s birthday, but the experience was marked by a disappointing lack of communication and care. The level of service was frankly unacceptable
