Truly the worst florist and customer service experience in the tri-state area. My family ordered flowers for a grieving family member, only for them to receive an arrangement that looked nothing like the one we selected and paid for. When we called to politely ask about the mistake, we were spoken down to, treated with complete disrespect, and the owner actually screamed "GOODBYE!" before hanging up on us. The flower arrangement that was delivered was completely different than what was ordered. Also, a day later than their website allowed me to book. Very disappointed - also they did not seem open to appeasing disappointed customers at all. Claimed they were "out of flowers" due to the fourth of july and that was it??? thanks for the heads up
