Disappointed! First, due to the google ad that populates them first, i did not order from the facility that I normally order from (they are 5 star). I preordered flowers for my DIL birthday (weeks in advance), I had not gotten a notice that they were delivered to her, I called the day after the delivery only to have them state that they would have some once call me back, only asking if I had not already called my DIL to check to see if she got flowers (tacky) - they did and let me know that at 6.30ish in the evening they wer... read more
Your delivery personnel are consistently courteous and considerate. They appear to sincerely care about the recipient and the product they are delivering.
I am being generous with one star. I ordered flowers and the recipient received something completely different- less flowers and a different pot. Something that I could buy from Trader Joe's for about $18 to $19 and put together myself. I paid $100 for these flowers and then when I called the customer service, this rude woman named Kay told me that the flowers are not like a chair, they're perishable and I should have let them know sooner , so there's nothing that we can do after five days.
