The worst customer service ever!!! I ordered flowers day before for my daughter‘s birthday. It’s currently 7 PM and the flowers are still not delivered. I’ve been calling every hour and every hour the lady told me the driver is on the way. They should be there in few minutes, maximum an hour well guess what I start calling at 3 o’clock and right now it’s 7 PM and nobody contact her as I requested from them to do to confirm what time the flowers should be delivered or deliver the flowers. The anniversary flower delivery was perfect. Flowers looked amazing.
I had ordered flowers for my wife for our Anniversary a day in advance. Not the same day. It arrived at 7:30pm. I called 2 times during the day(at 2 pm and 4pm ) to check and everytime was told the delivery person is out with the delivery and should be delivered by 6pm. This is not a free delivery - they charge $20 for delivery. And the product - looked so poor compared to the photo I was shown when I ordered. The macarons left a lingering plastic flavor.
