Dr Kessler is very kind and gave a lot of information.
I recently had to put down my sweet baby after 16 years. It was an agonizing decision, but Dr. Matlock was so compassion. She gave me all the time I needed while patiently listening to all of our "stories". I could not have asked for a better place to make such a tough decision.
They are always there when you need them. My dog is always happy to go there and they take great care of the pets they see.
While you never want to have to take your pet in I would recommend this location. From the moment of coming in every employee was dedicated to the animals. They were thought of the "humans" and what we were going through and were very caring. We felt our puppy was in loving hands at all times. Highly recommend.
Very friendly professional staff the only place I've gone with all dogs with emergencies!
