Vet tech Becca is hands down the best vet tech I have met! She took the time to explain our Bella’s condition and answer all my questions about how to keep it from happening. We will be back if we ever need to (hopefully not though) just for the care we received tonight from Becca.
Words can not express how kind the staff were when my dog fell ill. We had lost our sweet Gabe and I had called for assistance. I lost Gabe before we could make it over for compassion care. The staff at 2:00am were not only accommodating but so earnest and kind. The staff member that helped us could not have helped me more. I want to the thank her for her care and compassion. I would recommend this clinic to anyone in need.
We have been to a few ER Vets and this ER Vet exceeds all the others in every way. Personable, quality, caring... I highly recommend them.
They took such good care of my kitty when she got a blockage! Very friendly staff that is very patient with you and your questions! They also worked with us as much as they could to help keep costs down! Dr. Matlock and Diane were amazing to work with!
They took such good care of my 5 year old cat Sky on the night of May 25th! She wasn’t acting herself at all and was acting very quiet. We brought her there that night at around 11:30 pm and they were very responsive to take Sky in and get her checked out! They did blood work on her and other tests and all came back normal and healthy thankfully! My sweet girl was bitten by a copperhead last night and they took such great care of her. From the receptionist, to the nurses and then doctor, they went above and beyond. I am so thankful I chose this place. They are great!
Our puppy got hit by a car this weekend and as you can imagine we were stressed out and scared! The staff was incredibly helpful, communicative, and kind. We weren’t allowed in due to COVID but they called us multiple times to get information and to give updates. They were very up front about charges and we left feeling like we got the value for our money. Each person and doctor I spoke to was kind, patient, calm and friendly. Thank you for taking such good care of our Little Nelly today. She collapsed on us out of the blue. We didn’t know what happened. Thank goodness for our super smart and aware nurse. She thought that nelly had been stung by something. She found the stinger right away - that’s hard to go as Nelly is a 10 month old shih tzu. chocolate brown with lots of hair.
