User review by hartamy – Dr. Perez had his PA handle my case over the last year and after she left the practice, he has refused to refill my prescription and would not return my phone calls. I spent a lot of money on his Obagi products only to have them undone by the acne caused by his refusal to continue my prescription. The office staff is rude and they herd people in like cattle and make their money off sheer quantity of service rather than quality of care.
