Highly Recommend – I have been to other dermatologists in the area but I have to say that this office far surpasses all of them. The doctor and PA are great and I will continue to return when needed. I have never experienced the negative things that others have put in their reviews. I have had totally opposite feelings about this office and highly recommend it to everyone.
Wonderful Care, Beautiful Office, Convenient Location – I've had a long history of various skin conditions such as eczema and precancerous spots. After moving to the Grapevine area, I made an appointment at Flower Mound Dermatology. I was pleasantly surprised that it was only 15 away. After being several times by both Dr Perez and PA Vaughn, I can honestly say that I've received the best skin care. Best Dermatology Practice in the metroplex – I have been seen at this practice for over three years and I completely disagree with the negative comments posted on this site. My opinion is it is likely people who didn't get their way or had unrealistic expectations. We all meet these people...they are the ones in the line at Walmart cursing the checkout person for something he has absolutely no control over. Absolutely Wonderful – Doctor Perez is absolutely an angel and Ray Vaughn his PA is the best in the Dermatology field. They have new staff members now and all of them are so wonderful and caring. I would highly recomend this office to anyone and everyone who wants quality care with a caring doctor and staff.
forever greatfull – I brought my husband in for mole evaluation. The staff was proffesional and the physician courteous. After the evaluation he recommended removal of some of the moles because they looked abnormal. The report came back and surely they were close to being melanoma. The staff was very supportive during the whole process and during the surgery they made me feel comfortable as well as my husband. As far as I am concerned they saved my husband's life. Avoid! – I scheduled an appointment w/ Dr. Perez to have a mole removed. Sat in the waiting for 45 minutes, then sat in exam room for 25. Finally his assistant rushed in, said, yes, we can remove that, just make an appointment. I told her I did and that is why I was there - well, she didn't have time to do it. She sent me across the hall to their "skin specialist" who tried to sell me on a $700 skin treatment! No one spent more than 30 seconds looking at my skin. They billed me for $100.00!! No returning appointments for me!
No warm and fuzzy here. – Just moved to town and went to Perez cuz he was nearby and covered by my ins. I have psoriasis, needed refills, & wanted to hear about new treatments. I had questions about the more serious meds, but when I asked the asst., she told me I 'needed to get educated'. (duh, thats why I was asking...) The doc didn't even look at my skin. Terrible customer service – I started going there at the end of 2000 for Rosacea and saw the old man who owned the clinic before Perez took it over. The old man retired and left it to Perez, who would refill my prescriptions on my whim without questioning me. I thought that was cool for a while because I was getting what I wanted. But then I realized that he didn't care about me and didn't recommend better treatments for my condition, even when my body got used to the old medicines and stopped responding positvely.
