Worst experience ever! I spoke florist Tanya who worked on my Valentine's Day arrangement. I told her that I received the wrong product. She was so argumentative and never gave me the opportunity to correct the issue. When you purchase $165 flower arrangement it shouldn't look worst than flowers at a gas station. Why would you tell anyone to not believe what you buy online?

We are sorry you were not pleased with your arrangement. We suggest that in future you speak directly with a florist. This is an arrangement that we DID NOT post ourselves. As we tried to tell you the value and size were there to qualify this design as ordered. This design is physically only possible to execute only by shoving all of the flowers to the front of the vase. Pat Phillips and team are the reason my wedding day was immaculate! From day one with meeting with Pat he saw my vision. The Flower Merchant made it even better than I had imagined. Pat Phillips and the entire crew at The Flower Merchant and nothing less than genius when it comes to floral arrangements. I have counted on them to deliver incredible creations for years-- most recently creating a "Genie-in-the-Bottle" arrangement for my daughter who is in a local production of Aladdin! Simply stunning! I won Mom-of-the-year on that one! :)
They did an incredible job with our wedding flowers! Tanya and her team took all of my ideas and brought them to life even better than I had imagined. Would definitely recommend them to anyone.
