Just had the most AMAZING customer service experience I have ever had. Ordered Valentine's Day flowers via online form for my sister in Napa. When I entered her address, autocorrect used a similar street name. It was totally my error but Karen simply took the initiative, made another beautiful order, delivered it quickly and would not take my credit card. Like many couples, our wedding plans changed with the pandemic. We decided somewhat last minute to elope in Yosemite. When I emailed Karen asking if there was any way she could have a bridal bouquet ready in a few days for our wedding, she pulled through for us with the most beautiful bouquet and boutonnière! Having flowers for the wedding made our photos beautiful (photos by Aris Ringas) and made me feel like a true bride on our wedding day. Thank you Karen!
