I went there for a cleaning and oral exam. They did not inform me that some of the X-rays they were taking was not going to be covered by my insurance under preventive care. The dentist also declined my request for a simple cleaning which I was covered for. Instead they quoted me for deep cleaning, but provided Les than sufficient quotes for the insurance and they declined the coverage for the deep cleaning. Great service easy in and out appointment my root canal was easy good swift and quick my doctor made it very clear and explained to me step by step on how he was doing it
I’ve always been terrified of the dentist but Dr. Chang is great! Those fears went away after my first Visit with him, The Assistants are amazing they also help to put you at ease and the Front Desk staff are the Friendliest! 100% recommend this office for all Dental work!
Had a very wonderful and easy time at this dental office! Staff were very friendly and the doctor was extremely kind and took his time to explain everything. I was very happy with my cleaning as well as my fillings.
I recommend this office. The staff are professional and such a vibe. The service is outstanding. They do more than just get the job done. They make sure you feel comfortable the entire time and that you are happy with the results when they finish. The front desk staff are extremely kind and clearly explain anything you need help with.
