I saw Dr. Chen for a cleaning. I have sensitive teeth and cleanings are usually painful for me but Dr. Chen has the magic touch. No pain and he answered all of my questions about other work I may need to have done. No strong sell just giving me the facts and options. The front desk staff was very nice as well.
I had a very great experience, doctors are professional, detailed cleaning without any pain, Thank you so much for the follow up of my hygiene.
Dr Lee and the staff who took care of did an amazing job!!!!!!! on my extraction. I was concerned because I had a bad experience at another location. But Dr. Lee took care of the pain effortlessly and was professional and explained everything. I wish this doctor well. He seemed very nice I am picky but I just know I felt comfortable with him. And hopefully he can take care of me in the future.
I had a very bad experience with this dental office. Even though I had insurance, they still charged me $60 without doing any actual work. Then they scheduled my next appointment a month and a half later, despite the fact that I told them I was in serious pain. Today they called me just to come in for an X-ray — still no treatment. The customer service staff are rude and unprofessional. They don’t know how to communicate with patients respectfully. I do not recommend this place at all. They just waste your time and money.
