Rosalie is absolutely lovely to work with, and her arrangements make the party. At the two events where Flower Dec has created our centerpieces, guests have said exactly that to me! Rosalie perfectly translated my wishes into beautiful floral art. I’m thrilled to know about this hidden gem.

Rosalie is extremely helpful and enthusiastic. The shop is a little hard to find, but once you do you will feel like she's your personal florist. Great Valentine's Day arrangements to boot for much less than other places.
