My husband has ordered from here for many years. He ordered my tulips on Monday that looked pathetic and here we are on Friday and they are dead. What a waste of $50. They only guarantee the flowers for 48hours. Even when they bloomed they didn't look the greatest. Never again... We will go somewhere else from now on. Guess it doesn't pay to have loyal to a place. It's the thought the counts in my husband defense !

If when you received the tulips on Monday and were unhappy with them it is always best to call us immediately. The flower box has messed up on 3 different orders the was purchased for me . 2 of which valentine's Day and birthday they didn't even deliver the orders on that day. Another time I Received my flowers on the proper day but all the roses were wide open and lasted maybe 4 days. After much stink They did try and make up for Valentine's Day flowers but failed at delivering them on the 17th which is my b-day. After asking for a refund they did so

I have started working with the shop to improve customer service, and working towards more education in the store. I will comment that for a rose to last 4 days thats pretty good.
