The Flowerbox did a fantastic job on a birthday gift basket my husband recently received. Amazing job, they went above and beyond.
I received a bouquet from this place as a surprise from my husband and the flowers were super wilted and already dying.

I will never order flowers from them again,they were 2 deliver flowers 2 my Mother for valentines from my father witch he"s in rehab an my mother in a assited living place that go to lock doors at 5:00pm got there late so couldnt deliver,no call back they were waiting till today 2 deliver,but called an checked at 6:30 an a young girl didnt have very good customer service had 2 give them the personal code so she would deliver them for Valentines an I got in trouble for giveing doorcode out after hours,an still no call back fr... read more
Fiancé ordered me flowers he called me a few times just to see if I was gunna say something about getting my flowers. Never received them. He called over to be told in not such a nice way that you are never guaranteed to get your order on Valentine’s Day. We got told by a friend he ordered his yesterday and they got there’s.... I have heard from a few ppl that they did not receive there’s either today after ordering a few days ahead. My 10 year old granddaughter and her mom went to the Flower Box to use a gift certificate I purchased at a fundraiser which was donated by the Flower Box. The employees treated my granddaughter like she was the most important person in the shop and helped her make the most beautiful bouquet for me. The flowers lasted almost two weeks! Thank you Flower Box for donating to fundraisers, having great flowers and for being so wonderful to an impressionable young girl.
I have had excellent service from these people. I am out of state and they always deliver for me. Thank you so much.
