Ordered a funeral arrangement on their website at 6 a.m. for the next day. I put in the comments that I was going out of town and to please call me if there were any problems or send to another florist since I know they belong to at least one wireservice. I emphasized again that I was unreachable via email and to PLEASE contact me via the phone or forward to someone else. I needed a quick order. And she did it, as I waited, very considerate, very nice.
Failed to process order placed on a Saturday morning NYC time for my grandmother's 104th birthday in Fairfield Sat. 1/25/2025. Never answered either phone number at the business although allegedly open (no voice mail active). No reply via Facebook messaging. Money sent via PayPal and cannot be retrieved. Readers, I cannot discourage your business strongly enough.
Today is my mom's 77th birthday. I worked today, but after I got off, I googled for a florist near me, and found a place that stated they're open until 5:30PM. I arrived at 4:40PM the place was locked but a car was in front, so I called and no one answered the phone, so I knocked on the door and asked if there was anything I could purchase for my mom's birthday.
