Called and ordered a birthday bouquet from out of province. The recipient was very pleased. I asked the florist to create something colourful. She nailed it AND included some blooms not quite open so that the arrangement has longevity.

Flower Affairs did a excellent job for all 9 flower arrangements for my dad's funarel. Fresh, colourfully flower arrangements celebrated my dad 100 years life. Excellent customer service.The owner, Emily knows well in English and Chinese culture, it is a great help in this difficult time. I am hightly recommemented their shop.

I always get great product and excellent service at this business! This time I brought in a picture of a lampshade in my mother's house above a table where a bouquet would sit for her birthday. I just asked to make an arrangement with the same mix of colors as the shade and THEY NAILED IT! It looks amazing under the lampshade and my mother and I are both super happy. Thank you!...I'll be back!

Do NOT use this florist! Called them YESTERDAY for same day delivery… and they still have not arrived by 10:00 am the NEXT day! The first question I asked when ordering was if they could guarantee same day delivery- to which they gave a resounding YES! Not…. And only giving me the delivery cost off my purchase because of their error. I wanted same delivery for my daughter to see the arrangement upon her return home from having a baby!
