This dealership sets the bar! I recently purchased a 2010 VW Jetta for my son at Herzog Meier Volkswagen. I purchase Mercedes, Cadillac and Land Rovers for myself, but this was one of the best experiences to date with a car dealership. Great manager, sales and staff. They make purchasing a vehicle easy and set a role model for the industry.
Easy and a Great Deal 5 Stars! Richard had a great low-key approach that was really refreshing after some other salesmen I dealt with. And I got a great deal without a lot of haggling. And a few days after the sale Richard gave me a call just to make sure everything was good with the car, which I really appreciated.
Completely Amazing! They were incredible!! They made time for me on a drop-in basis @ 3:00 PM on Saturday. The coils on my Passat had malfunctioned and I made it to the dealership and was good to go in twenty minutes!!! It was amazing!
Service department - multiple problems! Had a very unfortunate and disappointing experience. After 4 days they could not diagnose my car's problem. I got conflicting reports and comments from the tech (mechanic) and the service manager. When I asked to speak with the tech and look at the car with him, he kept us waiting and then emerged obviously irritated and short tempered. Herzog-Meier is out to rip you off! So Friday there was black ice all over Hillsboro. I was in my 98' mk3 jetta, and slid into a curb. I parked my car at my work, and the fallowing day tried to find a shop to fix it. I am new in the area and looked around and no one is open on saturday/sunday. The dealership was so I called, and Mike who is one of the biggest tools I have ever talked to by the way. He said that they can look at it same day bring it okar. Okay. Outstanding Staff and Affordable I am really enjoying the 2006 Mini Cooper I bought from Herzog-Meier. It is a great, fun car. Everything I was looking for and a great price. I would rate everything and everyone I dealt with at Herzog-Meier a 5 out of 5. Richard was very easy to deal with and I felt like he did the best job he could do with what I was looking for. I also really enjoyed dealing with Dave in the financial department, he was very informative and helpful.
Finally a Service Department You Can Trust! I have never had a "repair guy" I could trust in regards to my car. Having worked as a service writer for a short time I understand the stresses of the job and as a customer that it can be hard to find a trustworthy person to deal with when handing over your keys. New VW GTI - So Fun! Everyone thought I was crazy for trading in my Mercedes CLS500 for a GTI. I love it! Every time I get out of my new car there is a big smile on my face. Thanks to Herzog-Meier I feel 18 again!
Exceptional Service & Waiting Area I am always happy to take a break from my life in the waiting room at Herzog-Meier while they fix up my car. The service is exceptional and the area is welcoming and comfortable. Also they have the best oranges on the snack table in the waiting room. I love that they stock something that has very little carbs for those of us with odd dietary needs.
