I had a very disappointing experience at this appointment. When I arrived, the lady who was taking care of me (named Lilly) asked how long my hair was in a very rude and condescending tone, and when I answered, she responded with a grunt and made it seem like it was somehow my fault that she hadn’t heated enough wax to do a Brazilian. This immediately made me feel uncomfortable and unwelcome. Kelly was fantastic! She took care of all the problem spots while making sure I was comfortable! She worked thru any sensitive spots as well. We will be back!!

I had an amazing facial with Lilys and a wonderful massage with Mike! I left super relax and pampered. Lily was so kind and professional, she walked me through my skin needs and gave the most relaxing facial. Mr. Mike! Wow amazing massage! That’s all I can say.
I had an 80 min signature flow massage with Kelly and it was amazing!!!!! I have had many massages over the years and it was the best massage I have ever gotten. I look forward to my next visit to Key West and getting another one.
