Proceed with caution and read the contract carefully before paying any deposit. The sales process was very pushy, but once the deposit was paid, calls were not returned and concerns were dismissed with a condescending reminder that the contract means you won’t get your money back. The explanations I received were that they are very busy, have many patients, recently changed coordinators, and that I may have spoken with a coordinator who no longer works there. Hacen 5 meses me realize una lipo 360 y BBL. Desde el dia 3 de la cirugia note que uno de mis gluteos no se veia parejo y tenia undimiento. Lo comunique, envie fotos y no se me dio respuesta. La persona que me estaba dando los masajes me recomendo esperar y eso hice. El hundimiento se quedo igual y la simetria de los gluteos no es bonita. Me intente comunicar muchisimas veces, envie mensajes de textos y aun sigo sin respuesta.
