Do not book with them. They scammed me!  I flew from Seattle to Miami August 12th for surgery.. the day of surgery it was very hard to communicate because none spoke English, they refused to call the actual surgeon in for us to sit down and talk about the procedure. They kept asking for more money and more testing even tho I did all of the above within 2 weeks of contacting them. While the office is very responsive before surgery, once they get your money, they don't give a shit about you. Make sure you get ALL documentation you need before leaving their office like an operation report and approval to see other plastic surgeons. If you forget it, you're never getting it. They will NOT respond after your surgery. They simply don't care because they got your money. I had an incision open a month later and just crickets when I needed help.
