While the office is very responsive before surgery, once they get your money, they don't give a shit about you. Make sure you get ALL documentation you need before leaving their office like an operation report and approval to see other plastic surgeons. If you forget it, you're never getting it. They will NOT respond after your surgery. They simply don't care because they got your money. I had an incision open a month later and just crickets when I needed help.
