One of the best service features of Flow Lexus is the fact that Flow will drive over an hour to pick up a car purchased from Flow and a rental car dropped off. Then when service is done, they will deliver the car back to the customer. Great service!! Although, if there is collision/body work needed to be done and the customer prefers to have it handled by the dealership, a rental car is NOT supplied.
