Just walked across 5 car lots. Crown honda. Crown honda pre own. Mercedes of Greensboro, flow Lexus, and Modern Infiniti while I am getting my Infiniti serviced. Only one came out to say may I help you! Guess who that was??? Modern Infiniti!!!!! I guess being in sweatpants and a t shirt on your day off doesn't qualify a person for a hello....... even though I own multiple vehicles, houses, and make a decent living. Flow is is a top notch dealership. The service people are great, friendly, and knowledgeable. We have been dealing with Frank for years now. He takes great care with our Lexus. Always a pleasure. Dealership is clean and friendly.
