I had my first experience with Flow Lexus for a tire rotation. Everyone was very kind and prompt getting me set up. I waited for my car which got a bit lengthy, however my timeframe was almost to the minute which I was quoted. Ryan was my main man, he was very professional and knowledgeable.
Thank you Flow Lexus of Greensboro for serving my SC430 Lexus on October 5, 2026 while visiting the area. I was nervous when the VSC signal was flashing, along with the check engine signal and tire pressure signal; since I used to live in Greensboro, I trusted returning to Flow Lexus for help. Rick has always taken good care of us and our multiple Lexus cars have never let us down. Our car that we just took in was a LC500 and the only money that we have ever put into it is oil and tires. It is a 2020 and the only reason we brought it in is it was the original battery so it was 6 years old and way over due. We pulled in with no appointment and Rick brought us right in. We were out in about 30 minutes!! Bravo Flow Lexus and as usual, a big thanks to Rick who always takes care of us….
