Highly unprofessional. My husband and I have very difficult schedules to coordinate a day off. We both took the time off work to come to an appointment we got a confirmation email and text showed up 10 min early waited 30 min just for no one to answer the door. We knocked tried looking for another point of entry, called, emailed, nothing. You can clearly say that it says in person and they just tried to call and tell my husband that it was over the phone and you can see how many times we tried to call
