I called Flourish to ask a question on how to get in contact with my new support person as the one i had for 2 weeks went on leave. The receptionist grunted at me and said what do you want me todo about it. Actually grunted, they were so rude and unhelpful made feel like a huge inconvenience its been a week and haven't been able to get in touch with anyone. I have also been waiting weeks for a reimbursement to start my new job i got my self. I miss yourtown they were so good.
