I had a great experience, everyone was friendly and knowledgeable from all the staff down to Dr. Medina.
My experience with Great Expressions was very disappointing. The office manager was rude, inconsistent and made no real effort to understand me as a patient. To make matters worse, they've spent more money sending repeated mail to collect on a $125 visit than the actual bill itself. At this point, they've likely paid more in postage than the balance owed. Overall, this was a one-star experience, and I would not recommend this office to anyone.
I loved the staff here. They took great care of me as a new patient! My teeth look gorgeous after a much needed cleaning!
