I've had nothing but wonderful experiences at Florissant Dental. The Doctors are clear on the procedures they are doing and will take the time to explain what needs to be done and why (I was even provided with pictures of the decay in my tooth as proof for the need to have my cavity filled). They run on schedule and are respectful of your time (something I can't say about all my other Doctors). I’m very disappointed in the service I’ve received at Florissant Dental Services. I completed the recommended treatment which was a filling. I was in excruciating pain after the numbing meds wore off. I’ve had a total of 4 visits for the same tooth and finally they tell me on the 4th visit that the filling they did was too close to the nerve so now they need to do a root canal. Terrible billing practice led them to disallow our service after fraudulently billing our insurance and holding us responsible for our adult son's billing for a product they never delivered to him.
