When my father was hospitalized we were in over our heads. I didn’t know the system, my mom was doing everything she could, and we were losing time we didn’t have. I had a great experience with Michael. He genuinely cared about my needs. The entire process was smooth, from scheduling to the appointment itself. They took the time to answer my questions, explain everything clearly, and made me feel comfortable throughout the visit. Michael was wonderful. As a Case Manager myself, I was struggling to navigate resources and the direction I needed to go to best assist my client. Michael provided me numbers, resources, and instructions in hopes of obtaining the best outcome with my client. Michael is very helpful, knowledgeable, and kind!
