If I were you,.. I would avoid this business if possible, the absolute worst in my life.. they are very unprofessional and a total fail at communication...we had a charter confirmed and verified, we flew all the way to the Florida keys only to find out that our charter had been canceled...their reason - our paperwork had not been received??..I could not believe this, ..I fwd all the emails from them confirming our charter dates and payment info but they stopped answering the phone and no reply's to frantic emails or voicemai... read more

They get one star because the only good thing about this charter was that the boat floated. They did not provide us with accurate directions on getting to the marina. A simple satellite screenshot would have helped tremendously. We wasted an hour and a half driving around and asking for directions. We finally arrived in time for our 9:00 AM meeting with them but they only showed up at noon. After they arrived and started testing everything in the boat a number of things were not working - most importantly the instruments. Th... read more
