The apartment my son lived in had mold blowing into the air for 4 years from the AC unit that was "Supposedly" cleaned every year. The mold was also in the bathroom and kitchen. This building needs to be condemned and torn down. It is a health hazard. I warn you not to move in here. You are putting your health and the health of your family at risk. Staff are amazing!
Where did all the reviews go? Last year there were dozens of reviews waning people about the health risks and other unethical behavior by the land lord for this place. My daughter lived here and got sick and had to move out. Then had to pay fees and penalties even though the apartment was uninhabitable.
the units are terrible and tiny, the AC only functions in the room with the ac unit, there were moisture and mold issues, there were bugs inside and outside of the units. overall quite an awful experience living here and dealing with management, who pretends to be nice but obviously just wants your money at the end of the day.
Worst place I’ve ever lived, if u are thinkin about moving here DONT!!! Our roof fell in our bathroom!!!! Your roof will fall!!! And they didn’t pay me for any of the damages done to my property. Terrible service.
