My buyers would not have closed if it wasn't for the persistence and professionalism that Michelle Allen put forth. Zero communication from the seller side including the owner, yet Michelle found a way to bring everyone to the table and close at the last minute. Much respect and gratitude for Michelle.
Not a fan. Mr Hall is so full of himself. Would pay to go to another reputable title company. And Melanie? Geez.
Not a fan either. Unorganized. Don't call back. Went in for closing and they had to print out a huge packet still, unprepared. Not helpful. If I could give negative stars I would.
