Sponges, giant sea turtles, shrimp and fish are just a few of the types of cargo that would pass through the Bight weekly. Graff and the team at Conch Republic hosted my rehearsal dinner on June 20th for my wedding that Saturday, and I was very impressed with all the details they put together, not to mention everyone who attended said the food was phenomenal! It was such a great touch for my now-husband and I and all the guests to be greeted with a rum runner or margarita, and the bar and wait staff were all wonderful as well!
It was horrible!!! Our waitress was just short of rude, & she came by just for the minimum service. My "slathered" chicken sandwich was dry & bland. My husband's shrimp weren't de-veined, the tails were off & they were butterflied, it would have taken that much longer to de-vain them? The jerk sauce on my sister in law's fish was gross. & then when my husband re ordered a steak b/c the veins grossed him out, his medium cooked steak was dry, rubbery & flavorless.
