I just spoke with Ashley Jones in FSU's Student Business Services and the service was THE BEST I have ever received at FSU! Not only was she super understanding and happy to help me with our son's invoice and payment issue, but she was also willing to go the extra mile and help connect me with other services that I needed to iron out.
