RecommendedWe spent a week at Lucantho Villa by Florida Spirit Homes and absolutely loved it! The house was in perfect condition and the pool and hot tub were fantastic. I wish we could go more often but when we go, will for sure use them again. This house was the best pool home we have rented yet out of 7 over the years.

RecommendedCannot recommend this company or these villas enough! We spent two weeks in the beautiful and immaculately presented Sun Ridge Villa. It was everything we asked for and more! Huge rooms, gorgeous pool, clean, beautiful decoration and you can even see the Disney fireworks when sat in the hot tub. The team at Florida Spirit were super helpful and even gave us complimentary pool heat! RecommendedThis management company is very responsive to a travelers needs. The inevitable glitch on our vacation was taken care of with inhuman speed. Call them, they will take care of your needs.
RecommendedMy Family And I Really Enjoy Our Stay And All Of The Amendies. My Kids Really Enjoyed The Pool And Game Room I Would Probably Never Stay In a Hotel, Because We Love The Privacy Of Having A Home To Ourselves. Having 5 Kids Having The Space is so much better.
We stayed at the Capteeva Villa house and it was gorgeous. The home was big enough for 4 adults and 6 teenagers. There was enough space that we didn’t feel crunched and no one ever had to fight over the bathrooms. The house itself was beautiful and in a great neighborhood. The neighbors were friendly and the staff at Florida Spirit were happy to help and touched based with us to make sure our stay was going great. It was our first time with Florida Spirit and it won’t be our last :-)
