Terrible company, terrible experience
We had booked a large villa for a family vacation in October. We had 7 people coming over from the UK. Due to the pandemic, we have had to cancel the trip, with no known date of rescheduling. Florida Spirit will not refund our deposit, even in this very difficult time. I find their practice shameful. I just checked in Today drove 12hours with my elderly grandmother, 3yr old and 5 year old! Property is not as pictured l. smelled of marijuana. the walls and base boards are Filthy. nobody will call me only texting me! But the main number that you use to book they answer but are of no help they did get the operations manager to text me! But now he/she has stopped responding! Disgusted at the way you have treated us. As a guest who has used your company for many many years I expected better treatment. You have ignored me emails until I wrote on here. You then removed my comment and blocked me from writing on here. Blocked me from writing a review. (I am using a second account I had) You have cancelled my accommodation quite rightly so given the circumstances and I totally agree with that. They refused to refund their customer’s money when their customer’s event in May ( 6 weeks from now) was cancelled due to the Coronavirus. Shameful
What a crock!!! In the time of need for the entire world... this company has the nerve to withhold funds from families having to cancel trips due to the CDC recommendations!! How terrible!! Shame on you!!
We stayed at the Solara Resort and it was perfect!!!!!! From entering the resort to the actual home! I have not one complaint, other than a neighbor who was kind of loud on her phone at 3am outside lol but I’ve heard worse! Everything was close enough to the resort, we went to Disney World and the commute was perfect! Now the Walmart near try to avoid lol but other than that i can’t brag enough about everything!
