David was awesome. He was responsive and professional. They did an awesome job replacing our roof. They showed up on time (which I greatly appreciate). They cleaned up each day they were here. I would highly recommend them.
Florida Roofing & Waterproofing did repair work on my tiled roof. David is a young, hard working competent state certified roofing contractor. David quoted me the same day I called, going up to my roof to inspect the damage. Lucas and Luis repaired the roof the next day. They repaired broken tiles, secured loose tiles and put the caps back in place using new mortar. Once the job was completed, David sent me pictures of the repaired roof using a drone. 6 Days after Hurricane Milton, David and his team took care of us! He knew we were going through a tough time and made sure that he took care of us, He and his team take alot of pride in there work, showing us pictures as the job was going on. Would recommend 100 times over if you want professional work done at a fast pace! Thank you
Overall a very good experience! Dave arrived the day after I called and gave an estimate immediately, followed up by e-mail. He took the extra time to explain how he would do the repairs which I greatly appreciated. His crew showed up on time as scheduled and was professional and courteous. When the work was completed he sent me photos to compare with the "before" photos and while I admittedly know nothing about roofing I feel confident the repairs were done properly and that I got a fair price. Dave provided a fair quote and his crew did a great job in replacing a roof vent and broken shingles where there were roof leaks. He stayed in touch with me throughout the project t. I would highly revommend him.
