Unfortunately these people of the fpl make mistakes and then they charge you, there should not be monopolies like this, they act with total arbitrariness, similar to the communists or socialists, if there was another option, my business would never give them more than 1 to 10 I give them a 0

What a complete joke. Call them for an FPL repair/hazard. It took two days to get someone to make a report. There is a pipe below ground that has rusted out and cables are exposed. It is less than 4 inch away from a water spicket. Per FPL website, FPL is responsible for the electrical cables and cover leading up to the meter. Purse several phone calls, FPL is responsible for the cables and the cover underground. Guy finally comes out, doesn't even look and tells me know they are not doing the repair. Scammer alert! They called my mom and tried To change the meter. They did have background information but the story they made up didn’t make sense. Saying she overpayed eventhough it’s automated. Apparently she owed more money but they would refund the money by Friday and that she would need to go to 711 and make a purchase. Threatened to turnoff the meter and so on. Please don’t be fooled by them and hopefully I helped someone out with this.

This phone number is fake. My mom got scammed by a call from this phone pretending to be FPL! DO NOT PURCHASE THE MONEYPAK THEY WILL ASK YOU FOR! FPL would never ask for a payment like that. They have a lot of information they will give to you to make it seem real.
