Garrett is very thourough and helpful.
I have had Garrett come out several times. And out of all the other reps. He is the most polite, professional. Friendly rep.. please.always keep him on this route. Thanks. But unfortunately the price keeps going up and I can no longer afford it. . Maybe the company can do something about it..
Just tried to schedule service at a condo that I manage in St Augustine. The HOA mgmt company, First Service Residential, referred me to the FL Pest Control local number in St Augustine. I ended up on the phone with a call center in the Phillipines talking to, Ed, who I could barely understand. He couldn't help me either. Why can't you have employees here at your local office who can answer your phone and help your customers?
My experience with my every three months pest control is great. My service tech Chis is the best and if there is any issue he always takes care of it.
Always amazing to work with! Thank you!
