The staff is very nice but there is a lack of communication between the doctors that serve the hospital and the actual hospital and especially the billing department.
My daughter who is a patient here was put on a liquid diet. She has not had anything to eat since she had lunch. I spoke to the nurse about it, she made a call I guess to the kitchen since 5:45pm. It's now 6:33pm and still no ensure.
One mute was eating popcorn on the floor ... the nurse them sit an talk all day ... take forever to come back ..... they really don’t care about the patients well being .... I had to ask one of the nurse to change the bed ....

Wow! Wow! Wow! Checked in this morning amidst fears, doubts, and trepidations, but they exceeded all my expectations. I feel like I am in a five star hotel. My own room, a bed for Trevor, and delicious, appetizing, food. Thanks Guys you are the BEST.. and respectful, attentive, and professional staff.���������

I find most people negative review which I understand but I’ve had a great experience on the 5th floor, i had pretty major surgery and everyone accommodated me and helped me from recovery to discharge. I would name nurses individually but everyone has been great. That’s my experience with this hospital so thanks to the staff of FMC

The staff at this hospital has been holding my son and I hostage. We checked in at 2:30pm Sunday afternoon. It is 3:37 an Monday morning. They have not told us what they are going to do with us. Every time, I try to speak, the physician on duty summons the security guard to come and arrests me. The daytime shift emergency physician ordered to Baker Act my child without consulting the child Mother. The physician never gave me an option. Where do I start if it wasn't for the lovely nurses one especially name Jenny I've had the most horrible experience in this so-called Hospital spent 6 days out of the six days 3 days waiting on a GI important test from a machine that was broken and I fasted for 12 hours each day to follow up with a broken machine finally they released me I could not take it anymore how can a hospital not have a machine that takes an important test to check on your esophagus your stomach and the top of your intestines hence thank God for the ... read more

Dr. Isaacson was one of the best doctors that I had today he treated me with respect he treated me with care and he gave me everything that I needed today and now my pain was at 8 and now my pain because of doctor I is now 0 and I love him as a doctor and I don't know him but I have had him before and he always have done his job when I have been coming to Florida Medical and I would wish you many more years of him God bless you PS Keisha St George
