Terrible phone customer service After calling several times and keeping me online I got hung up on without resolving the issue.
Dr. Rafael Valenzuela is an outstanding nephrologist. He explained my condition clearly and confidently, answering questions that even my primary care doctor had. His knowledge, calm approach, and thorough care gave me real peace of mind. I’m very glad he is now my nephrologist and highly recommend him.
Reception and nurse are nice! Ridiculously waiting time , you will be sitting at waiting area for an hour 1st before nurse take you in another waiting room and then for another 30 min no one comes.
