Wonderful doctor (Dr. Kreite) but broken administration. Autoattendant gives option to select doctor, you do and it rings continually, never answers and no voicemail option, no matter how many times you try it, no matter what day you try it. Complained to staff member 2 months ago, she replied "yeah, I know, I've heard that". I said "well you need to let a manager or someone know that can get it fixed". She replied, "OK I will". 2 months later, same exact thing. Maddening.
My experience with the care team here was exceptional. From the receptionist greeting me on arrival, and confirming my appointment details, to Ibbey, who I believe is the doctor's PA, to then meeting with Dr. Trivedi. They were certainly my dream team. Ibbey's pleasant demeanour was consistent throughout. Her attitude and interactions were very professional and warm, allowing me to feel comfortable and secure about my upcoming treatment.
