Dr. Dos Santos have given me Excellent RFA treatments.... I cannot express how happy I am... In the beginning, she said patients say they have anywhere from 40-80% success.... I was praying for at least 50% improvement with my backpain. I got a lot more than I bargained for!! 80-90%..... My back feels better than when I took 2 motrin. Cannot believe it... What a joke! This place sets appointments at their description and if you should be late or don't cancel within 24 hours of said appointment they tell you you will be billed. Yet arrive not only on time but early and then you wait, wait, wait, wait, wait and wait till 9:40 for your 8:45 appointment. THEN you wait another 15 minutes in the exam room so that you can be thrilled with the whole 4 1/2 minutes the doctor spends with you. (Yes at this point I had started my phones stopwatch.) Dr. Alvarez did a successful surgery for a torn meniscus. Chuck is the greatest! The staff at FJ&S were great as well as Florida Hospital and the Surgery Center. I would highly recommended all of these!
Dr. Maury Fisher, and his staff done an amazing job on my knees and shoulder. The staff went above and beyond to get me in as soon as possible. Thank you for your diligent hard caring work you do daily.
I love Dr. Alvarez but we had to wait nearly 2 hours for a 9:45 appointment.
Dr. Reddy is my orthopedic surgeon. He operated on my shattered elbow back in April, and yesterday, I got the all clear from him that I was 100% healed. He is an excellent surgeon who knows his business and I recommend him highly. The staff are wonderful and helpful, and always calls me back whenever I've called and left a message.
Amazing staff. I was nervous, but stayed so positive which to me help a lot and also the nurses and Dr Dos Santos made me feel comfortable. During my visit ,epidural. From the front desk the whole office 10*********.Thank You.
