Very disappointed in the attitude of the staff I have encountered so far. Left my MRI in tears. The tech was so rough and then had the audacity to ask why I was being mean? Hope she knows when you point your finger at someone there are 3 fingers back at ya! Never again! Hope my experience with the doctors are better than this experience.
Love the Staff they all are very caring and Supportive Dr. Dsantos just love her she's very caring and understands her patients always sees too their needs

I have been hearing nothing but GREAT things about Dr Alverez. Met with him and was so happy to hear he would do my surgery. BUT the staff does not return phone calls. That is a red flag, major issue for me. poor communication all around. After seeing the Dr. the first time, they made appt for me to come back in 6 weeks. when I came to the appt they asked me what was the reason for the appt. ??? They made the appt. DR DOS SANTOS – I am a disabled Army veteran. The good doctor is helping me with my left knee pain. She uses several types of FDA approved pain treatments. I am confident she will help me regain the use of my left knee.
