not sure why they keep the insurance checks and do nothing with them!!! just delay fixing the homeowners houses,, we need the government to intervene this company and insurance should reissue the checks to the homeowners!!! anyone have managed to get insurances to reissue the checks without these liar? Update as of 11/10/25 - I managed to resolve everything directly with the mortgage companies , unfortunately they sent the checks to this company and as usual inefficiency at its peak !!!
