Managed to complete my claim in a fast time frame, one of the best companies that assisted me. Awesome.
I've been calling this company for the past few weeks, email them and no response. last person I spoke to was Jose Alibrandi the case manager , but he was not helpful and basically dismissed my message by saying they have no updates. zero communication from this people, just a horrible experience. please someone call me back , I need answers. thank you
not sure why they keep the insurance checks and do nothing with them!!! just delay fixing the homeowners houses,, we need the government to intervene this company and insurance should reissue the checks to the homeowners!!! anyone have managed to get insurances to reissue the checks without these liars?
