Dr. Winslow and his staff are wonderful! We really felt that he cared for us and listened to all our concerns. We couldn't have had a better doctor.
We just welcomed our sweet baby boy 2 months ago thanks to the FIRM. Dr. Winslow and Dr. Duffy we're absolutely fantastic during our journey to parenthood. The staff here was just as accommodating answering all of my many questions and concerns very timely and with great compassion. Thank you so much for making our family's dreams come true! Very poor communication skills unless processing a payment- that they seem to be able to perform quickly with great efficiency.
Our FIRM baby just turned 5 months old and we have Dr. Winslow and his incredible staff to thank for that!!! Every one is so kind and helpful!
We have been patients of FIRM for over a year now. We are just now starting the IVF process and everyone that we have worked with at the DT and South office have been wonderful (we love Dr. Duffy). I would especially like to give a shout out to the billing department. This process can be very stressful and Becky and Danielle have been so patient and pleasant to work with.They have made the process less stressful. Keep up the good work!
