As we celebrate the holidays we always remember the many blessings Dr. Winslow and his entire staff at Florida Institute For Reproductive Medicine have made possible over the years. When we look at our 17 year old and twin 14 year olds, it is only appropriate to thank Dr. Winslow over and over. FIRM provided us many years of caring and supportive advice and treatment and helped us make our dreams of a family come true. Thank you Dr. Winslow and your entire caring staff!
Dr. Winslow and staff are fabulous! Dr. Winslow is truly an expertise at what he does! Best there is! Our little princess turned 1 Nov. 18 and we plan on going back once we are ready for #2!
I had a very bad experience with their billing practice. I was told for more than 4 times by their staff before consultation that the re-consultation fee is $100. Their billing charged me $270 without notifying me. When I called their office staff (Danielle) to clarify she just repeated to ask me (without any intention to correct their mistakes) if I had any written confirmation from their staff for the $100 charges and refused to make any corrections. Love FIRM and all the wonderful doctors and staff. They made us feel so comfortable throughout the entire IVF process. I am now a mom to 3 year old twin boys and I thank God everyday for leading us to FIRM.
